Joined in January 2010, qualified in HNC Childcare and Education and has experience of working in a variety of childcare settings.

Playworker: Margaret Mackie (right)
Joined Playden in 2003. Qualified to SVQ III in Childcare and Early Education.

Administrator: Frances Mackenzie (centre)
Joined in 2001 and is responsible for all accounting and administration procedures.

Centre Practice Manager - Rachel Cox (not in picture)
Joined in August 2009, qualified in BA Child & Youth Studies and is the registered Manager with SSSC. Rachel visits on a weekly basis as she also manages other Care and Learning Alliance centres.

There is a good working relationship with North Highland College and the nursery regularly has Child Care students.

Playden is a voluntary partner centre, staff managed by Care and Learning Alliance (CALA) and maintained by a voluntary Business committee made of parent members elected at the AGM. CALA are responsible for employing and managing staff and the Business Committee are responsible for the financial accounts and the day to day running of the group.
