The
Preceptory has been built within the old stable block at Noss Head.
The
narrow windows are are sealed with clear glass blocks, and the wooden
roof
has already been painted sky blue. The original Caithness flagstone
floor
has been restored, and the lime rendering has been chipped back to
the
original stonework before being limewashed. This has all been done
within a
very short period with voluntary work and very generous donations
of time,
funds and materials by Preceptory members and friends.
