In order to reach our self catering holiday cottage you can drive up the A9 (which starts at Perth - just north of Edinburgh), or can take the train or bus to Thurso. The nearest airport is in Wick, some 25 miles away (links will bring up relevant route planners).

What will you find once you're here. Well one of your first stops is likely to be at a supermarket to pick up supplies. Thurso has Tesco, Co-Op and Lidls, as well as some superb local butchers, bakers and independent grocery shops. In addition we have three Chinese and two Indian takeaways, a number of fish and chip shops, and a range of local cafes, restaurants and pubs serving food and beverages.
