Our fully equipped, self-contained mobile catering unit comprises a refrigerated van for storage of ingredients, and a custom fitted trailer with fryers, fridge, sink, 3-foot griddle, 6-pot Bain Marie, Berco boiler, and hot and cold running water.

We carry a quiet generator to provide electrical power to the equipment as well as gas for the cooking. All fully certified by the council to the necessary safety and hygiene standards.

The unit is available for hire, either staffed or as a stand alone unit. Please contact us for details and costs.
