Hello. My name is Richard Booth and I have a passion ... for food!

I am a chef with over 20 years experience in the catering industry. Trained in the Army Catering Corps, I have gained experience throughout my travels including southern Iraq (2003 - 05) and a 6 month busman's holiday to New Zealand, where I gained a large insight into Pacific Rim cooking.

Most recently I have been head chef with The Silver Darlings restaurant. Having worked in many and varied organisations, I believe in using quality, fresh local ingredients to give the best possible dining experience.

In October 2008 I set up Chef 4 Celebrations for small parties, buffets, dinner parties, weddings and anniversaries, etc. with the ethos that, there is nothing I will not do and everything has a price. My company policy is that "I am only limited by your imagination".
